This is my Trip Around the World color scheme for my Baby Jane quilt. I am happy with the way my blocks are turning out so far, and am glad I chose a scrappy look, with fabrics that I have collected along the way. Many of the fabrics have special meaning to me.
I was getting up close (as up close as I can get in the enlarged quilt view on the Dear Jane CD) at Jane Stickle’s quilt again, paying special attention to all of the triangles. This is the most playful quilt I have ever seen. I feel like I am working with that same playful spirit as I mix all of my fabrics into my own version of this quilt.
